The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

How about this:

  Distributed cgi programs:
  /usr/lib/http/<package>/cgi-bin/* -or- /usr/lib/http/cgi-bin/<package>/*

  Site-specific cgi programs:
  /usr/local/http/cgi-bin/*

  Individual users' cgi programs:
  $HOME/http/cgi-bin/*
(Supporting this should be an option for the administrator.)

  Distributed html documents:
  /usr/lib/http/<package>/html/* -or- /usr/lib/http/html/<package>/*

  Site-specific html documents:
  /usr/local/http/html/*

  Individual user's html documents:
  $HOME/public_html/* -or- $HOME/http/html/*
(Supporting this should be an option for the administrator.)
($HOME/http/html/* would be better, but the ``public_html'' seems to be
	generally accepted.)

  Distributed icons:
  /usr/lib/http/<package>/html/* -or- /usr/lib/http/html/<package>/*

  Site-specific icons:
  /usr/local/http/icons

  Individual user's icons:
  $HOME/http/icons/*
(Supporting this should be an option for the administrator.)

  Distributed graphics:
  /usr/lib/http/<package>/graphics/* -or- /usr/lib/http/graphics/<package>/*

  Site-specific graphics:
  /usr/local/http/graphics/*

  Individual user's graphics:
  $HOME/http/graphics/*
(Supporting this should be an option for the administrator.)

Bunches of this stuff are a whole lot like what other people have been saying.
I'm just trying to get it all down in one place and make sure that we are also
consistent in how we deal with individual users' stuff.
