The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

I had originally planned for Guy's FTP archive installation process to
post the .changes file automaticaly when it installed something in the
FTP archive. Other people did not like that, and preferred to post them
manually. Now we have "release" posting them "automaticaly" but where the
user can control it (by using "release" or not).

Currently, if it goes in "stable" it should be reported to debian-changes,
and if it goes anywhere else it should be reported to
debian-devel-changes.

Not at this time. I have thought about digesting initial package
announcements to debian-changes so that the users of "released"
software can see them. However, it's easy enough for those users
to read debian-devel-changes. I'm not sure just what to do about
this.
